I offer solid experience working for well-established medical billing companies. In the positions I’ve held, which include medical billing clerk, medical records clerk, medical billing specialist, and medical office manager, I have proven my ability to quickly learn new systems and efficiently manage administrative functions in all areas of medical billing and medical office management.

In my current position as medical billing specialist/office manager for Pills & Bills, Inc., I coordinate all aspects of the company’s medical billing and general accounting functions with an emphasis on insurance claims processing, collections and accounts payable / receivable.

The scope of my responsibilities requires a proficiency in automated systems such as OASIS and an expert knowledge of medical billing and CPT / ICD9 coding for diverse medical specialties.

In addition to managing medical billing activities, I coordinate the HR function with responsibility for a workforce of 35 employees. As a result of my office administration, the company has seen a significant increase in productivity and timely submission and payment of medical claims.
