With my background and experience in Human Resources and Operations Management, I am all too aware of the changes that have influenced the industry over the past few years. Never before have we experienced such a phenomenon or so many challenges at such a rapid pace. Today we are expected to accomplish more, often with less, and generally in a shorter time frame. As an experienced professional in these fields, I have routinely been faced with such challenges. I have a proven track record of success because I face every challenge with passion and energy.
